Sopra Steria announced that it has launched a dedicated observability and AIOps practice with Dynatrace to help large European organizations run increasingly complex IT estates. The practice starts in France and Norway, in the sectors where application availability and operational resilience weigh most heavily: banking, insurance, telecommunications, retail and the public sector. Sopra Steria's clients gain a single, real-time view of the health of their applications and infrastructure, in place of dozens of disconnected tools and dashboards. Dynatrace Intelligence, the platform's AI Engine, identifies the root cause of an anomaly and explains it, enabling teams to gain precious time for correction. Business, development, security and operations teams refer to one single source of truth. And the platform measures what a slowdown does to the customer journey, not only what it does to server status. The gains show up in metrics where business leaders are already focused: downtime avoided and risk reduced, infrastructure sized against real usage rather than worst-case assumptions, and engineering time focused on building products instead of diagnosing failures. Sopra Steria makes the platform deliver, over time and at scale. That means four things: a certified team dedicated to the practice, from practice lead to solution architects; a delivery method structured in four stages, from consulting through to run and optimisation; joint governance with Dynatrace, with formal steering and quarterly reviews; and integration into the environments clients already operate, including their cloud, IT service management, automation and container platforms. The effect is most impactful on managed services contracts. Observability and AIOps become part of the run itself: the platform detects an anomaly, explains its cause and points to the fix before an incident is raised.

Sopra Steria partnered with German software vendor VMRay, a European reference in advanced malware and phishing analysis. The technology is already running in the Group’s security operations centres in France and Norway, where it processes close to 1,000 suspicious file analyses every month for clients including a major French industrial group. Sopra Steria has spent years building a European cyber ecosystem. With VMRay, European partners can now cover up to 30% of Sopra Steria’s cybersecurity offering, alongside Sekoia, HarfangLab, Egerie and Glimps – all integrated and operated by Sopra Steria’s own experts, in Europe. Sopra Steria does not simply resell this technology. The Group is an indirect shareholder in VMRay through its stake in the specialist fund Tikehau Capital – a position no other European integrator holds. It shapes the roadmap, deploys the technology in its own SOCs and operates it for clients end to end. Speed now decides the outcome. Security teams need to know what the attack is, how it operates and what it puts at risk – in minutes, not days. That is VMRay’s core expertise.

Globant introduced Salesforce's MuleSoft AI Pod combining specialized AI agents with human experts to accelerate API-led connectivity and delivery. MuleSoft AI Pod helps address that integration bottleneck by accelerating secure API-led connectivity, integration delivery and governed execution across initiatives of varying size and complexity. MuleSoft AI Pod is accessible through Glob.AI, the new AI delivery model by Globant. MuleSoft AI Pod is designed as flexible delivery teams that can be configured based on each customer's integration roadmap, technical environment and delivery needs. Each pod brings together specialized AI agents for defined MuleSoft tasks with senior Globant experts who guide architecture, validate outputs and manage execution across API design, MuleSoft flow development, automated testing, governance and legacy modernization. Lean, Scaled and Advanced configurations are designed to support approximately six, up to 12 and up to 24 integration flows or APIs per month, respectively. Benchmarks from current migration projects, internal pilots and delivery teams indicate the model can support measurable outcomes, including: Up to 80% automation of manual integration tasks, 15–25% faster time-to-value and delivery cycles, 35% greater efficiency in solution design and development. Organizations running outdated integration platforms often face migration programs that require months of discovery, redesign and validation. This approach helps reduce migration timelines from months to weeks while preserving business logic and meeting enterprise governance standards. MuleSoft AI Pod provides a practical path to strengthen enterprise integration foundations, helping them modernize integration environments, improve delivery consistency and prepare their technology ecosystems for the next phase of AI-powered transformation. MuleSoft AI Pod will be accessible through Glob.AI, Globant's AI-native platform designed to help organizations access and manage AI Pods through a unified environment. Currently available through a waitlist, Glob.AI brings together specialized AI agents and Globant experts to instantly deploy enterprise-grade AI services with transparent, output or consumption linked pricing, not per hours or per seat.

On September 2, 2026, Engine Capital LP announced that it is urged EPAM Systems, Inc. to launch a $750 million share buyback, explore a potential sale, and overhaul its executive compensation and board governance. Engine Capital LP stated that this push comes after a period of significant stock underperformance for the Company. While Engine Capital is advocating for these measures to enhance shareholder value, analysts remain skeptical about the strategy, particularly the feasibility of a sale in the current market and the wisdom of leveraging the company's balance sheet for an aggressive buyback. Engine Capital added that it may seek to nominate directors to the Company's board, with the nomination window opening in late January 2027.

Adesso Schweiz AG has been awarded major contracts by the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO) for the strategic realignment of the EasyGov digital business platform. The potential contract volume attributable to Adesso Schweiz AG amounts to up to CHF 51 million over a 12-year term. EasyGov 2.0 is to be further developed into a shared digital infrastructure for government services provided to businesses in Switzerland. The new platform is designed to bundle services from the federal government, cantons, cities, and municipalities – such as business start-ups, registration procedures, and the commercial register – into a single central digital access point, thereby helping to reduce bureaucracy. At the core is a scalable, modular architecture based on a low-code platform. This platform provides many of the functions necessary for application development via graphical user interfaces, configuration, and reusable components. This will enable partner government agencies to develop digital specialised modules independently, in a standardised manner, and in compliance with the required governance requirements. The services provided by Adesso Schweiz AG include, in particular, the provision and further development of the low-code platform – including the corresponding licenses – as well as the development, operation, support, maintenance, and further development of the EasyGov 2.0 portal platform. For complex government services, Adesso Schweiz AG is also designated as one of several providers of high-code development resources. The latter are particularly necessary for complex government services that cannot be implemented – or can only be implemented to a limited extent – using standardised low-code components. The implementation phase for EasyGov 2.0 was approved in the summer of 2026. Existing government services will be gradually integrated into the new platform. The go-live is scheduled for fall 2027. Initially, 63 government services are to be integrated. In the long term, the plan is to provide approximately 400 services. The number of users is expected to rise from the current level of around 190,000 to over 500,000. In addition to low-code, artificial intelligence will also support the development of business modules. The focus here is on AI-supported processes for specification and software development, including AI agents, adSCAILE, and Mendix Vibe Coding. EasyGov 2.0 is designed to enable faster digital delivery of government services, simplify procedures, and reduce the administrative burden on businesses when interacting with public administration. For Adesso Schweiz AG, this contract underscores the importance of low-code and AI-supported development models in the public sector. The actual potential for sales and earnings depends on the services actually utilised under the framework agreement as well as on the course of the project.
