On September 15, 2026, Claus Ehrenbeck will take over the management of the IR department of Wienerberger AG as Senior Vice President of Investor Relations. In this role, he will succeed Therese Jandér and will be responsible for wienerberger’s investor relations activities and capital market communications, a leading provider of innovative, sustainable solutions for the entire building envelope, in the fields of new build and renovation, as well as for infrastructure in water and energy management. Claus Ehrenbeck reports directly to Dagmar Steinert, CFO of wienerberger. Claus Ehrenbeck brings in a wealth of experience in investor relations and capital markets. He completed his Master of Science in Chemistry at the Heidelberg University and earned his Ph.D in Physical Chemistry from the University (TH) of Karlsruhe in 1995. He began his career as equity analyst at HypoVereinsbank AG in Munich before joining the DVFA GmbH in Frankfurt, where he was responsible for investor relations support and consulting for listed companies. In 1998, Ehrenbeck joined AIXTRON AG in Aachen as Head of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications. Following a brief period as Head of Investor Relations at HOCHTIEF AG in Essen, he assumed the same role at thyssenkrupp AG in 2006, where he spent nearly 20 years. Since 2025, Ehrenbeck has worked as an independent consultant, advising and coaching senior management teams on IPOs and investor relations. As wienerberger’s new Senior Vice President of Investor Relations, Ehrenbeck brings extensive expertise to the company and will further strengthen its engagement with international capital markets.

Georg Fischer AG appointed Lorraine Frega as new President of GF Building Flow Solutions and member of the Executive Committee, effective November 18, 2026. Lorraine Frega joins GF from Michelin Group in France, where she has been a member of the Group Executive Committee since 2021, responsible for three global business lines as well as Strategy, Services & Solutions, Sustainable Development and the China Region. She brings extensive international leadership experience combined with deep strategic expertise in the water industry. Based in Switzerland, Lorraine Frega succeeds Andreas Müller, GF CEO, who has been leading the GF Building Flow Solutions division on an interim basis since March 2026. Prior to her time at Michelin, Lorraine Frega was a board member and Chief Strategy Officer at the water treatment company Shanghai Winner Environmental Technologies and an Investment Principal at Global Water Development Partners, where she shaped the firm's water infrastructure investments. In addition, she held several positions at Veolia Water in Paris (France) and Hong Kong (China). Lorraine Frega holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Master of Science in Management from HEC School of Management in Paris (France). Lorraine Frega will join the GF Executive Committee alongside CEO Andreas Müller, CFO Mads Joergensen and Thomas Hary, President of GF Industry and Infrastructure Flow Solutions.

Saint-Gobain announced that Annica Hagen has been appointed Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer (CAIO) and member of the Group Executive Committee, effective September 1, 2026. In this newly created role, Annica Hagen will lead the Group's AI ambitions in support of the strategic objectives of 'Lead & Grow'. She will oversee the structuring, prioritization and scaling up of existing local AI initiatives across countries and businesses.
