CVC Capital Partners plc (ENXTAM:CVC) proposed to acquire Bodycote plc (LSE:BOY) for £1.6 billion on August 5, 2026. As part of consideration £9.15 per share is being paid for a cash consideration of £1.55 billion.
The transaction is subject to definitive agreement and consummation of due diligence investigation. The Board is in discussions with CVC in relation to these terms and the Board has provided CVC with access to confirmatory due diligence.
