Grupa Kety S.A. (WSE:KTY) signed a definitive agreement to acquire METRA SpA from KPS Special Situations Mid-Cap Fund, LP, a fund managed by KPS Capital Partners, LP for approximately €650 million on September 14, 2026. Under the terms of the transaction, the acquisition price was determined based on enterprise valuation amounting at €645 million, less bank debt and other debt items, determined as at 31 March 2026. Depending on the date of the transaction closure, the shares purchase price may reach €450 million. Grupa Kety plans to finance the transaction from bank loans and its own funds. For that purpose, on 14 September 2026, the Issuer entered into a term-loan agreement capped at PLN 2 billion (€460.51 million with Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A.
The closure of the transaction is dependent on the fulfilment of typical preconditions, including obtaining the mandatory consents of anti-monopoly and regulatory authorities. Completion of the transaction is expected in the first quarter of 2027.

Amcor plc announced that Graeme Liebelt will not stand for re-election and will retire from the Company's Board of Directors at the end of his current term as a director at Amcor's annual meeting of stockholders on November 11, 2026. Mr. Liebelt has served as Chairman of Amcor plc and its predecessor company for nearly 13 years. The Board has elected Tom Long, an independent non-executive director of the Board since 2017, and former Chief Executive Officer of MillerCoors, LLC, to assume the Chairman role upon Mr. Liebelt's retirement.
